Body 1 - Innate Intelligence and Multi-Sensory Communication

  • Body - Innate Intelligence (SANGA Learning Module)

  • The body is the spirit’s vehicle.

  • Stop using the mind to control the body and allowing the body to share it’s own intelligence. The body has its' own innate wisdom and can rewire itself if we allow it to do what it needs to do. 

  • The body is like a hard drive of all of your life experiences. Our senses help us understand and interpret our experiences. The way for a spirit to evolve, grow and understand new ways of being is by how the experience feels.

  • Authentic Self Life Cycle: Age 12-18 

    • Body changes and we become creative, sexual, and explorative

    • We begin to experience how things feel sensationally

    • Sight, sound, smell, touch, taste, 6th sense, feedback of our environment.

    • It is when our inner desires come to life and we discover what we love and are passionate about. Our artistry emerges and we begin to create who we are.

  • Experiences can be patterned into the nervous system and pain in the body.

    • By the time an issue presents as pain in the body it has been overlooked in the energetic, emotional, and mental aspects.

    • When we experience pain activation and we don’t listen the body will start to numb all of the senses.

    • Awakening to greater pleasure is a natural part of the body healing

  • Spirit embodied is when the body has been cleared and becomes an open channel for the spirit. 

​

  • Personal Exploration: ​​

    • Give your body permission for a day to navigate your life. What time does it want to wake up? How does your food smell? What would feel good to your body to eat?

    • Stand in the middle of your living room and let your body sway in whichever direction it wants to go in your home. Follow it where it wants to go and see what it wants to do there. Then do it and see how the experience feels.

    • How does your body feel in the presence of your partner? Your kids? Your friends? Your co-workers? How does your body feel sitting alone?

  • Partner Process Call:

    • Be present with your own body before the conversation starts and throughout the discussion observe any changes in your own body. Ask your partner to tell you about what's been coming up for them this week. Pause if they change emotional states to ask them if they feel anything in their body around that specific topic or emotion. See if your body shifts when they change emotional states. 

    • Then switch partners.

Body 2 - Physiological Map, Physiological Patterns, Your Body Is Your Subconscious Mind​

  • Review of Life Cycles

    • Heart 0-6 Years Old: Emotions, Connections, Bonding

    • Mind 7-12 Years Old: Curiosity, Learning, Growth, Empowerment

    • Body 12-20 Years Old: Ancestral, Authenticity, Artistic, Exploration

  • A Deeper Look At Fragmentation

    • If we have fragmentation in younger cycles, it can be woven throughout the fabric of our life.

    • When your nervous system activates a past trigger or fragment, it drops your entire self: your body, your emotions, your perception into the past version of yourself.

    • When there is a shared trigger your activation can activate others. Others will go into the ages that their fragmentation occurred.

  • Calibrating to know when you are in current presence vs when you are in a triggered past is important to deepen your ability to integrate your fragments and come into wholeness.

Body 3: Somatic Experiencing, Activation, and Processing

  • Different Entry Points For Somatic Experiencing

    • Working on the Body

      • The symptoms in the body are so strong that they need to be attended to or worked on by a practitioner before the client can go into deeper understanding and begin healing themselves. This is a passive service where the client is receiving instead of playing an active role in the healing.

    • Working with the Body

      • The person understands that there is a mind/body/emotion connection to the problem but they are unable to move through it on their own. This is creating a dialog with deeper parts of themselves to initiate and learn self healing techniques and tools. The client learns to actively work with parts of themselves during the healing process.

    • Sounding out different emotions or stuck energy in the body

  • The Intake is showing you what patterns need to be addressed along this person’s healing journey and where they are showing up in their physical, emotional, mental, and energetic spaces.

  • The Body Calibration is helping you to determine what level of connection to their body and their own process they are starting from. 

  • The Integration Program is to help them connect more deeply and practice the embodiment of their positive awarenesses that came up in their transformation session.​

  • Personal Exploration: ​​

    • Sit in a quiet place and connect with your body. If it helps you can practice the clearing meditation to "drop in". Then ask your body if it wants to share any emotions or experience that it may be holding? What is it?

    • As you develop awareness around what is being held there, ask your body, what would you like me to know about this experience or these emotions? How are you trying to help show me what I need to know, feel, or do?

    • The energy may release on its' own after you've listened to it; if not, see if you can use a few of the release techniques listed in the training video to shift or change the energy trapped in your body. Journal about what you tried.
